Garden Girl works for the company that sells this product. That's called SHILLING, when a company searches for instances of its product being named on forums and replies positively pretending to be happy customer. It's a sick little practice that does nothing but DISCREDIT your company once you get called out for it.
If any of you choose to shill in the future, take this one tip to heart: don't register on the forum under your work e-mail address.

    Hi there,

I'm still awaiting my kit...but look forward to the plan. After reading the posts it seems the most sensible plan. It's just becoming more familiar with how to cook and the choices you make while grocery shopping ...then adding it together in the best combinations for you.

I'm not sure who GardenGirl was...but I do know from reading the forums most of the staff at FL have done or are doing this system. Not only are they there to help people through the process and answer questions...but what better way to help others than by first hand experience?

They have given me some great tips while awaiting my kit. I've (unfortunately) tried too many other diets that haven't worked because I didn't change what I was doing. I expected some miracle with pills or drinks. This one seems to be the mentality of keeping it real. I will have to look at ingredients when I buy something. I will have to make the proper portion sizes. I will have to exercise. It's all on me to win or lose... and I hope to lose a lot !!! :-)

    Thanks.
    me

I wondered when I read Garden Girl, and she was reading like an infomercial script. The bad part is that now I don't even want to look at that program out of loss or respect for the company due to their methods.

Default I'm in the middle of my 21st week...

    And I've lost 21 lbs!

This is a very sustainable system. In the past, I went for Atkins and quick losses, but even though it's not an impossible way to live, low-carb FOR LIFE is challenging. I did it three times and ALWAYS gained back the 30-35 lbs. I lost after completely losing it and bingeing on breads and sweets for a month or two (holidays, you know).

On this plan, you can have that cake, the fried foods, even alcohol. After the first 21 days, you are told HOW to eat these things. I would probably have lost more by now if I had stuck completely to the low fat, low sugar routine we adopted in the Makeover phase of the program, but I chose to follow the rest of the program and learn how to eat all my goodies. And I'm still losing 1/2-1 lb. a week, so I'm satisfied!

    Hi Tara,

I started the Food lovers fat system in August 2009 (6 months ago) and I have lost 14 lb and 49 cms all around. This is the smallest I have been in 10 years and I am very excited. I have so much energy that I no longer need coffee to wake up.

I still have 8 lbs to go though . From the advertisement I thought I would have got to my goal by now so everyone reading this post should have their expectations clear.

My doctor says that it is better to go slower but consistent than loose it to fast because in that case I would gain it right back as I had in the past.

You do need to work at it, you are 100% accountable for your results, from what you eat and drink and how much you exercise and sleep. I survived the holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas) and I just gained 1 pound (which I already lost, yes!!!), I got to eat delicious meals without over indulging. It is all about self discipline and knowing the rules and how to make them work for you.

One of the things that they say is OK for you to take is Splenda as sweetener but from medical studies reported I have learned to stay away from it.

This system takes time, work and patience if you do not have all of those then this may not be for you.

Default Food lovers fat loss system

    Hello friend,
The Food Lovers Fat Lose System is a fat loss diet program, which helps you to burn out your excess fat, while enjoying all the food you love to have. Its not at all a wastage of money and also you don't have to skip the food you love. Its actually a gift for those, who strive to loss weight. And also, the pleasing factor about this fat loss diet program is that they will refund your purchase price, if you don't drop at least 3 pant or dress sizes.
