My boyfriend and I had an accident in early july and i took PlanB for the first time within 13 hours of that "accident." It helped me calm my nerves alot. But then I experienced this brown spotting about a couple days later that lasted 2 days. I read a couple of forums and alot of people say thats normal. It's the 3rd of august and i'm nervous yet again.

I usually get my period on the 1st of every month. Its actually been pretty good in that its been like 6+ months where i'd get it on that day. Needless to say my period hasnt come and I dunno if this is normal or if i should wait 7 days (about the 8th) to take a home pregnancy test or if i need one now?

What do you guys think? Did PlanB work for me?

I would go ahead and take a pregnancy test. The stress of the situation may be wrecking havoc on your cycle, so take the test so you know for sure.

LanaBear is right. The stress of all of this has most likely thrown off your cycle.

Back in 2007 me and the woman I was dating at the time were so enthralled with each other during one night that we simply forgot to grab a condom. I gave her the money for PlanB in the morning (her idea). Her period should have started three days later (according to her) but she was 2 weeks late.

Whether it's the emergency contraceptive, stress, or both is unknown to me. Get an EPT just to be sure.

I am basically in the exact same situation. I was supposed to get my period today - Only once it has been different. i've been on the pill for almost a year and the dr. said to just keep taking the pills as normal. I took Plan B about a week and a half ago... So, I guess I'll just wait. I read on the Plan B site that it can throw off your period. It can either come early or like a week late or so. Here's to hoping everything is fine.
