My husband recently found out that another man has been text messaging me. I never had sex with the man or kissed him or anything. My husband went into my phone and saw them. Now he is threatening to leave me and is saying he is going to take my daughter away for adultery. But i didnt have sex with this man. Can he take away my daughter if we do get a divorce?

Why were you keeping this texts from him and how do you feel about this other man? There isn't only physical cheating, emotional cheating can hurt as much. If you want your husband then get rid of this other man and if your husband is understanding then things can work out again. Right now he's angry and hurt so of course he will threaten you with divorce and such. But give him some time to think thing over and try to discuss this as calmly as possible.
