I had a couple experiences yesterday that were unusual for me, I'm not sure if they're related, I just thought it was weird they happened all at once.

Yesterday morning after urinating normally, I went to wipe myself, and the paper was bloody. I looked closely, and the blood was coming from several little spots from the labia (I think that's it?) right about where the pubic hair begins. They weren't sore, and I don't think I wiped too hard or anything. It started itching after that and it took a few hours for them to stop bleeding entirely.

Later when going to the bathroom again, as soon as I sat down, watery blood dripped from my rectum. Normally I experience small amounts of bleeding there which I suspect are caused by tearing due to constipation, but this was very watery. It hasn't happened since though.

Later I was sitting and felt a normal need to urinate, but as soon as I stood up, I had absolutely no control over it and it started coming out no matter how hard I tried to hold it. I had to grab the nearest empty container to urinate in because I couldn't even hold it for a moment. Normally I can't hold it for too terribly long, but I have NEVER lost complete control of it like that.

I'm currently on an antacid medication my doctor gave me last month for stomach problems, which is the only thing out of the ordinary that could be affecting it. I had been travelling a lot for the past few days, and for some reason when I'm in the car it's like my bowels and bladder refuse to make any movements until I'm out of the car. The bleeding isn't a problem today, but I still feel pressure in my lower stomach like I need to urinate more than usual. Any ideas? Are these things even related at all?

They certainly could be. Sounds like a doc visit would be a good idea. Research the meds, they are a likely culprit. Diet can correct constipation problems and you need to address this. Plenty of water, fresh greens (no iceberg - its useless) fresh fruits and whole grains.

The bleeding around the labia is weird, keep an eye on that. Something had to cause it. The lack of bladder control sounds like a combination, possibly a reaction to meds but since it was a pre-existing problem, there is more to it. Losing weight if you are over weight, can help, so can exersize and most important - do kegels. It isn't enough to just do the squeeze and hold, you need a resistance device to make them really effective. Get a Kegel Master or some vaginal weights. Use them religiously. 3 times a day. Get those pc muscles under control asn who will be amazed at the results.
