Would anyone consider sweating to be a disorder. i sweat excessively in areas that do not make me look like a lady. I have done it ever since i went through puberty almost 15 years ago so i am used to it, but it is still embarrassing when it comes right down to it any ideas??

There are two situations that I know of which cause irregular excessive sweating. One is when someone has over active sweat glands and yes, that is a disorder.

The other is for people who are over weight. Because they have to wrok a lot harder to do normal functions such as every day movement and even breathing, it causes them to sweat more then a lower weight person.

Either way, you should ask a doctor about it. There may be something you can do about it.
