Has anyone else tried Jillian Michael's 30 day shred?
I've been doing it for two weeks now and I LOVE it. I need a short workout I can do before work, that pushes me but doesn't have too many fancy moves (have NO co-ordination) or need much space or equipment. It was really hard at first and I ached every day, but I've kept it up (missed only two days, and went to a circuit training session on one instead so did pretty much the same stuff) and I'm a) able to do it much more easily and b) really seeing results. I'm still on Level 1 at the moment, if you've done it, when did you go on to Level 2?

I haven't tried it, but I heard good things, so I checked it out and even watched some of it on YouTube. It looks pretty intense, particularly level 3!

I get the impression that you move up to Level 2 once you are comfortable with 1. I expect 1-2 weeks into the workout.

I've considered getting it, but I don't quite have enough space. Plus I have plenty of time for working out these days, so I don't really need a condensed workout, but it's definitely on my RADAR for when it's closer to what I need.

I'm still really enjoying it - although I looked at Level 2 (like to watch it through before I start myself so I can keep up) and there seems a lot of stuff I'd struggle with considering the limited space I work out. Squat thrusts are also a bit of a problem in a small, shared, terraced house - I can't imagine my neighbours are overkeen on the noise I make doing jumping jacks, but those are even louder! I'm sticking with Level 1 for now, but working as hard as I can and extending some stuff - I rewind the DVD and do some of the stuff twice etc.
