    I need some advice.

I was just diagnosed with low vit b12 (280).
My symptoms have been fatigue, whooshing in my ears, anxiety, depresseion, chills/hot and muscle pain.
The doctor told me I can try 1,000mcg vit b12 for 6 weeks to see how I do before shots.

    Anyone relate?

    Do these symptoms sound familiar?

Whats the best supplement? He says he hasn't had much luck with sublingual vitb12.

    Thanks,
    Jazzmynn

I just had the same thing. I got a mineral supplement and started eating canned clams. The clams made all the difference. I ate them for a week and my energy went up, leg cramps went away, just felt so much better.

I am having tightness in the back of my neck, and just a feeling of nervousness. Just started supplemental vit b12 1,000 mcg.

I'm moving this question into this thread so there aren't a bunch of repeat threads.

Try taking a good Iron supplement. This will help to enhance your energy as well.
