Do you shave the bikini area? It could be in-grown hairs, or a genuine pimple if you were using some kind of oily product. An irriation from a new laundry or bath soap? If you aren't having any skin on skin sexual contact to that area its not likely any type of std but if they don't fade away or become painful, you should bring it up to your doctor for sure.

I get those too, occasionally. It's just an ingrown hair or a true zit. But I agree with Hopeless; get them checked out if they don't start fading in a couple weeks.
