Are you losing inches? Do you feel more fit?
I ask that because for its size, fat weighs less than muscle. Ten lbs of fat could take up the same amount of space as 20 lbs of muscle (for example, it's not a 2 to 1 ratio.) You could also be hitting a plateau. Do you ever change up your workouts, or do you go at the same difficulty the whole time? You can't let your body get used to your workouts.
For your after-class (I assume swimming) try swimming very hard for 1 minute and swimming slowly for 4, or whatever you're comfortable with trying. Good luck!
