Hello, Im Rebekah,
I just joined this forum with the purpose of finding a support group to help me stay on my workout plan, dieting etc. I figure we could get together every other day via IM or e-mail and sahe our fitness escapades goal, questions, and problems. I really need support and I could offer you the same in return. We could all help each other? What have you got to lose? Besides those unwanted pounds? Please help,
Rebekah

There's one on this forum here:

I did join the fitness group, but there is no activity there. I contacted the owner of the group but haven't gotten an answer from her either. So is anyone interested in forming this group as Preety in Pink first suggested? I certainly am.

I would love to be part of this group! I have been working out for over 5 years now and love to help and support people in any way. I have seen a lot of success and overcome depression due to the physical activity! Keep up the hard work and don't be afraid to ask for help! Have a good day!
I saw your pictures leslie...great job. And you're right, unfortunately most don't do resistance/strength training, cardio and diet at the same time. What a huge difference it makes if you do all three together.

I could sure use a group like this. Is anyone still here? What are people's goals?
I need to get back to the gym on a regular basis and lift weights. MY weight is 104 lbs.
but i've lost muscle mass. I could use support and encourage ment and would happily give it to others.
I'm here. I need to take responsibility and be accountable for myself as well. In a few weeks, I'm starting a tough, 6-month training. (6 days a week)
I'm supposed to be taking a break right now and working on some mental stuff to support my sport but that seems to be the hardest part, haha.
