I am sort of a Scrabble nut.

i play it with my husband sometimes, but im not a scrabble nut, lol. Its fun though altough i lose everytime.

I play it competively with many other folks at organized Scrabble clubs and tournaments.

I note you are from NYC - there are many Scrabble clubs in that area , and tourneys also. If you or your spouse have any interest in these activities you can Google the National Scrabble Association for details.

I also enjoy country music and old 50s music very much. I am kind of addicted to it also.

Yup! I'm a Scrabble nut too!! Me and my best friend are way into it. And making funny, real words! The cool thing is she is WAY smart and ten years older then me, but every time we play we both get in the 300s scoring and she wine half the time and I win half the time! And I SWARE it's not set up that way!!!!

im a big fan on yahoo's version, literati, just for the sake of playing friends online. also, it makes life a lot easier because since it has its own dictionary to settle word disputes. (i dont have a scrabble dictionary )

I never really got into Scrabble. My French teacher had my class do French Scrabble once... It wasn't fun.
