Okay so I've been trying to use rampons for a few months now.but I just can't seem to get it right.so I've tried using my fingers.I mean I know where my vagina is,I've used a mirror, but it seems as tho when I use my finger,i feel inside and I reach a hole.so I insert my finger but there is a lot of uncompfortable pressure!? Is that okay? Do I push the tampon beyond that point?I've tried but its very painful. Please help...

Good for you getting a mirror and getting to know your girl parts. There are different types of tampons and applicators. I sometimes found the cardboard ones hard to use but disliked the non biodegradablity of plastic.
You might have the best luck starting out with the junior tampons, which are the slimmest type and the plastic applicator because those are curved on top so they slip in easily. Most women need to angle them back slightly, rather than pushing straight up. Play with one, just sliding the applicator in and such so you are comfortable handling it. Then you might want to use a little dab of lubricant on the end to let it slide in more easily. Maybe use the mirror the first couple times?
Yes there may be a little resistance, that's good in that you wouldn't want it to just slide right out.
I think with a little practice you will get the hang of it.
