Hello, I have found that with my using HYDROXYCUT worked really well with me. I am also doing the Wii Fit Active 30 day challenge, not only are you having fun with it but loosing the weight too. I have also been watching what I eat everyday and drinking lots of water. I am on my day 14 and have lost about 10lbs. My weight starting was about 185lbs, so far so good..My goal is to get down to 150-160..I hope this helps

i did the hydroxicut and it did absolutly nothing for me. like people here will tell you, dieting is only temp. you need a total life style change. If exercise isn't working, then work harder, or eat better. keep tweaking it until you find what you need

    The best diet pill?

The elliptical, with a side of eating better.

I will have to say it's the I took on doctor's recommendation considering I was looking for a metabolism inhancer rather than a real "lose weight fast" diet pill.
Make fun all you want, but some of us were born with weight problems which the eliptic bike can't fix. So if a pill can help why not...

    Ditto this.

Given the fact that of the *very few* pills that might help... the degree of help they provide is next to nothing compared to what consistent exercise and appropriate diet provide.

    Look at it this say.

No pill out there is going to help you enough to overcome inadequate amounts of exercise and inappropriate diet. And even if your exercise plan and diet were "dialed in," adding pills on top of this foundation will *barely* help.

    I'm speaking very generally here.

But you and everyone else who are looking for The Right Pill have it wrong.

Not making fun. I'm telling the truth.

This crp about having "weight problems" - bollocks, the lot of it.

Way more often than not weight problem = discipline problem.

Any doctor will tell you - *very few* are born with weight problems. (usually a deficiency of the thyroid)

You make your own weight problems. The earlier it starts, the worse of you will be.

Until you come to this realization weight loss will continue to elude you.

I really do agree with OTYA. Honestly I was one to say I had a weight problem but go to the doctor and everything is completely normal with me. know tyroid problems are way different. They can cause weight gain, also things like the birth control shot can cause weight gain. but if you've got nothing of that then is the life style that is over comin you. Keep reading on this site, you'll find the motivation. I myself was looking for the easy way out with diet pills just last week. I even posted about one. After reading what people have said here, I'm shipping back the product I have and I pulled out my bike. we'll see how this goes but in the end I'll be proud of the weight I loss and be even more proud of keeping it off instead of taking some magic pill that I can never stop taking because I dont want to gain back

    Hey
I have taken Adipex for the last 3 months..which is different than Adipexin, but I dont' know exactly how. I got adipex from my dr. I have lost about 25 lbs since starting. I lost most of that in my first two months. 10lbs a month, than 5 this last month. I am going off it in a week, only because they say should only take it for a few months. I am really happy with the results however, I did have some side effects. For the first few days I felt very drained as if I had just gotten over the flu, even though I still had high energy. Since than I have great energy. I have bad vision in the first place, but this pill seems to blur my vision a bit. It took me until recently to figure out that this pill might be the reason ((I have REALLY bad eyesight to begin with)). I also have had a low sex drive. But honestly on a daily basis I feel great. I know this isn't the exact pill you asked for but I thought it might help

I tried Hydroxicut, and though it did speed up my metabolism (I was miserably hot while taking it) and I did lose weight (23 pounds over 10 weeks) I had to stop taking it when I was pregnant. Afterwards, they had that recall so I haven't picked it up again. However, I did see the infomercials for Food Lovers Fat Loss system, so I'm going to try it. It looks sensible...eat more moderately and the right combinations of foods, change how you cook or what types of food you are eating and exercise.

    Good luck to us all!
