Please stay away from diet pills. Most of them have adverse effects on your body later in life.
Besides always remember. If diet pills worked, there won't be any obese or fat person in the world! Think about that.
Stick to dieting and exercise. My opinion!

Be careful with any pill that you take. There are slim to none that don't have serious side effects including heart attacks! Everyone wants a quick fix (myself included) unfortunately nothing comes that easily...I struggle with what i refer to as "stubborn fat" The bottom line is all women are different, some start to diet and workout and the pounds just drop off. For the rest of us unlucky women we diet and work out for a month or two and the scale stays about the same. The key is persistence, because its true that very few people have an actual weight problem where they cannot loose weight. It will happen eventually and honestly once it does begin it seems to happen quite rapidly. I struggle with the stubborn fat and I know how hard it is to stay motivated when NOTHING is happening, Ive cried over a tub of ice cream because i was resolved to the fact that i would always be fat. But you have to remember that diet and exercise does so much more than make you look good it makes you feel good. Who doesnt feel lighter after stepping off the treadmill?? It clears your mind, reduces stress, aids in depression/anxiety, gives you energy....the list goes on and on. So try to always keep that in mind to motivate yourself and the rest will follow. It worked for me

forget diet pills... whats gonna happen once you stop taking them? you gain the weight back, and often times more.
instead of wasting money on pills..hire a personal trainer.

I have used many (EDIT LINK) (replace with diet pills) in the past which did not work. But Alli diet pill is the only that truly works to lose my weight. Alli only works when users are willing to make changes to their lifestyle habits and adopt a healthy diet. Alli is not a magical diet pill or a short term slimming diet. The Alli slimming pill, in combination with the other Alli weight loss programme, helps you to lose weight effectively.

I am on Oral HCG with B12 and Phentermine. I have been averaging about 1/2 a pound to 1 pounds a DAY in weight loss. And that is the norm from everyone I have talked to (Whic is a lot). Men lose more sometimesup to 3 pounds a day! Which is not fair to us women! LOL! But I am not complaining about 1/2 a pound to a pound a day. If anyone is in the Seattle area, I can point you to a great clinic.

Thanks for mentioning this since I have read about it before but had never really heard anyone actually experience it. I believe this method is especially helpful for person's who have hormone imbalances but sometimes not even that is properly diagnosed.

I would never take another diet pill in my life no matter how much it claims to be the right pill. Diet pills can cause severe organ damage in the long run and do not keep the weight off. If we want to lose weight and keep it off we must exercise and make better food choices. I know it's not the quickfix we all want but steady weight loss through exercise and proper nutrition is much safer than taking any diet pill and I don't care who approved the drug.

We all hate to exercise but sometimes if you've got a friend to do the same regimen as you it can be very encouraging. I enjoy walking and it always helps me shed pounds but then something always gets in the way; either time, lack of company, fear of going on the streets at certain times or just laziness. Recently I joined a ballroom dancing class and I have met other women there who have lost lots of weight since they began dancing. Try something; it can be fun and it may just help you, too. Good luck all.

As someone pointed out, if diet pills worked, there wouldn't be a fat person in the world.

    Phendimetrazine 35g.

That is what I am now on. I never did take the apidexin. So there was a waste of money, instead now that I have finally been medically discharged from the Navy I went to a weightloss clinic and I am not under the care of a medical professional and she has me starting a diet and medicine regime. As follows:

The first five days are nothing but protein. Ten servings of 1oz weighed out of different things like turkey, chicken exc. That is basically 10 oz of protein for 1 day. I take a total of 5 pills a day 1 Phendimetrazine in the morning, noon and night. then I take 2x's a day Calcium Pyruvate which is for extra fat burning.

now, I understand how alot of the members on here are going to respond and say "diet and excersize are the best way to combat being over weight," I agree completely, the problem for me though is I'm permanently injured. Swimming, running, elliptical, walking, ect. are a "no" for me.

So, tonight is the first complete day of 10, 1oz meals and medicine. Also, I made an error in my above post, i am under the care of a medical professional.
So, I now understand why the doctors say "No exercise" The slightest bit of exertion and your head starts pounding like you couldn't believe. Also, i think hypoglycemia might be an issue....it is 2am and i am a bit shaky along with a migraine. I keep reminding myself that binging on food isn't going to solve my problems. I want to very badly though to just get up and go in the kitchen and make some peanut butter toast. I understand my body has to get used to this, i just kind of feel ucky right now. I also keep reminding myself that in the end when i weigh 50lbs lighter that it will have all been worth it

I do not think that there is a magic pill or formula for dropping those unwanted pounds. I myself have been overweight, I tried everything from weighltloss pill to dieting but nothing really work for me. Good thing I heard of Christopher Guerriero from a friend and he offers effective advise on how to lose those unwanted pounds in a healthy way.
