Be careful with any pill that you take. There are slim to none that don't have serious side effects including heart attacks! Everyone wants a quick fix (myself included) unfortunately nothing comes that easily...I struggle with what i refer to as "stubborn fat" The bottom line is all women are different, some start to diet and workout and the pounds just drop off. For the rest of us unlucky women we diet and work out for a month or two and the scale stays about the same. The key is persistence, because its true that very few people have an actual weight problem where they cannot loose weight. It will happen eventually and honestly once it does begin it seems to happen quite rapidly. I struggle with the stubborn fat and I know how hard it is to stay motivated when NOTHING is happening, Ive cried over a tub of ice cream because i was resolved to the fact that i would always be fat. But you have to remember that diet and exercise does so much more than make you look good it makes you feel good. Who doesnt feel lighter after stepping off the treadmill?? It clears your mind, reduces stress, aids in depression/anxiety, gives you energy....the list goes on and on. So try to always keep that in mind to motivate yourself and the rest will follow. It worked for me![]()
