    Ouch..

Well the weather may be different there, your skin may be oily.. Hello by the way

I wouldn't use anything rough if your skin sounds like it is dry..

Nivea is a good brand of moisturisor without spending a fortune, drinking more water madam is needed.

I would maybe use powder during the day to keep the moisture in..

    See what others say...

first of all, hi mom.. mwahh.. (sailed kiss with love)

yeah right.. its very hot here though im always inside the building with aircon.. maybe not expose to sunlight 6-9am is other too.. no exercise here coz i cant jog everyday like what i used to be..

i use nevea but i think my skin didnt like it.. i use petroleum jelly and it worked..

should i stop using the exfoliant?

it treated only the scar of pimples.. grrrrrr. i really hate it... i never use any kind of product before but now im beginning to start to try all product..

Well, air-con "drys the skin" ... a bit of sun, gives a sunkiss does it not

You have to drink lots of water then as I said.

You mean 6am - 9pm you work tell me it's not so? Lunch break?

There is an old saying, "if it's not broken don't fix it" so if petroleum jelly worked, go back to it.

If your skin is de-hydrated from the air-conditioning, then it's dry.. as such ex foliating in my opinion peels of dead skin yes, but yours is dry, not moist so don't do it, you need to find what can bring moisture to your skin so it's no so dry.

Stress will give you pimples to at 46 I had a few a, few months ago freaked me out, but water fixed it, seriously as well as diet, watch what you eat.

    That's my take.
