I am a 24 year old female, never been pregnant. My last menstrual cycle began August 24 (may have been a couple of days early) and was lighter than usual. I think that the last month may have been lighter than usual also, but just can't remember exactly. I began noticing my areolas/nipples were darker before August 17th, so over 4 weeks ago. Also, since a couple of weeks ago I had this strange vibration/fluttering feeling in my lower right pelvic region and now I am convinced that I feel movement. I have been having annoying lower back stiffness and am constantly aware of how my abdomen feels. I can feel my heartbeat much more strongly than usual, but maybe it is just because I am paying so much attention to it.

I have taken 3 pregnancy tests (different types) over the past week and a half and all have been NEGATIVE. Could I be pregnant? If so how far along would you estimate? And if not what else could be going on? I really don't know what to do. I have also been constipated possibly, but maybe I am just being paranoid about that too.

Any advice at all would be helpful. Has anyone ever felt like this before? I feel like I am definitely pregnant and it is driving me crazy not to know.

no one here is going to give you the answer you are looking for. Unfortunely the only way of knowing for sure if you are prego is to go to your doctor. People have a funny way of convincing themselves of things and your body will then begin to produce these symptoms that really would exist if you hadn't convinced yourself of the issue. The mind can me crazy sometimes without even trying. From what you say, yes you have some pregnancy symptoms but if all 3 prego test have come back neg and you still are feeling these things happening then you should go to your doctor. It really is the best way to lay your mind at rest. Last thing you want is to ignore it and down the rd find out and be completely unprepared

If you had a period start on the 24th, it would more than likely be too early to detect with a pregnancy test right now.

When was the last time you have sex? Did you have sex while your were ovulating, unprotected? You were probably ovulating between Sept 6th-9th.

The symptoms you say you felt prior to your last menstrual cycle was probably PMS. My nipples darken when I'm PMSing and I get incredible back pain.

Honestly, I think you are overly stressed about it and paranoid. Which all this is just going to cause you period to be late too...

No unprotected sex at all. I went to the Dr. and he said that everything looks normal. No detectable hcg. Maybe it is something else... I guess that I will just wait to see if my cycle is regular at the end of this month. Just such a weird feeling, it makes me nervous. Does anyone know of any other reason for a constant tingling/vibrating feeling in my lower right abdomen/pelvic region? I can feel it the most late in the day especially when I am sitting.

Just a thought but it is lower than where your Appendix is?
