Husband with painted nails

Hi, Im new here and wanted an opinion. I am a male that has found the wonderful thing called a pedicure. I have gotten several over the past two years, and each time the tech will ask if I want clear. I dont like clear, and always decline. Not long ago I tried a upscale womens spa and was asked if I wanted clear or color. What??? Color? Do men do that? Sure she said. So after thinking about it for a second, I said sure. Can you pick a color for me? Well she did and I ended up with a orange reddish color. Kind of fem, but it looked really cool I thought. It was real cool to look down and see painted toes. You have to remember I have never looked down to see that before. Well I was way too chicken to go home to let my younger wife see that. She would think that I am crazy. Maybe I am! So I hid it from her until I could take it off. I did this a couple more times only to take it right off. A few days ago I asked the tech if she could a little more manly color and she put on a dark purple. Dont like it as well, but still pretty cool. so I grew some nerve , went home changed into shorts, no shoes, and walked out to the patio to the wife and said what do you think? WTF? she said. What did you do? I could only laugh. When she later came to bed she told me that she was sorry for reacting that way. No prob. I expected you to be shocked.
I still have it on a couple of days later and like it. I have gone out in public in the past wearing flip flops and paint, and no comments or reactions. Only once did a girl say " I like your painted toes." No one can see them 99% of the time. So what do you gals think about a man with painted toes. Thanks

honestly i don't like nail polish on guys. even the clear ones kinda turn me off. i just find it too feminine for a guy but if your wife's ok with it and you're ok with people staring at your painted toes, then no problem. to me, it's not a big deal, just that i wouldn't be comfortable with it for my guy

As long as you and your wife are happy with it, more power to you I personally would not find that attractive on my boyfriend, I wouldn't be upset with it... I'd just try not to look at them :P

I would be asking if there was anything else I didn't know about though..

It would send thoughts to my over active brain.

But, if your both okay with it, then that is all that matters.
