I am a small girl. I weigh 110 now. But only because the last 3 months I can't stop EATING. I have gained 8 lbs! Which isn't a bad thing, I'm not overweight or anything like that, but it just seems like I can never get enough food. I crave salty and sweet foods. I can eat a 5 course meal and then again in a half hour want a snack, then grab another one. Then make a sandwich and then have some ice cream! It's ridiculous! I am 4 days late on my period, but have taken several tests and all have been negative, and I got my period last month, and like I said it's been like this for 2-3 months now. None of my jeans fit me now and I just feel like my eating is out of control! What is going on?

You could be lacking some vitamins and nutrients in your diet that are making you crave things. Do you take a multivitamin?

No, I do not. I know I am lacking things in my diet because all I eat is junk! Any suggestions?

sounds like you need to train yourself to eat better. if you are having cravings then try to resist. We dont have to eat everything we crave. Lord knows thats how I got from your size to 225 lbs. over the past 5 yrs. if you are craving a snack, get a healthy choice instead of junk

Balanced diet. Plenty of fruits and veggies, lean protein and a multi vitamin. Sugar should a weekly treat, not a daily part of your diet.

I'm wondering also if it's stress having just read your other thread on McKenzie.

When you get yourself to a point of feeling so down over something, you can get depressed and you need some form of comfort and it may be that your turning to food as that comfort a way to battle through everything....

Try water each time you feel like something else, I don't disagree with the above posters but I know that people put turn to comfort when the chips are down without realising it.

have you went through diabetic test. because those who are diabetic gets hunger soon compared to those who are not diabetic. i can't guess whats the problem with our hunger. but try to eat some fruits and drink lots of water when you get hungry. you just need to train for nice food habits. set correct timings for breakfast, lunch and dinner then follow it.
