I avoid doing things that might involve guilt.
I love chocolate and choose to indulge, there is no guilt, I may have to do a bit more to burn it off but that's OK - it was a choice and I enjoy it.
I agreed to a monogamous sexual relationship. I respect myself, him and the agreement. There is never cause for guilt there.
Occasionally I may make a poor choice in how to spend my time or resources, that isn't a cause for guilt but for learning and resolution to chose to act more effectively in the future.
Things I take pleasure inbut feel no guilt for include sex, good food, good books, time with freinds, dark chocolate, baking (bread season is here) running, yoga, writing, sewing, there are so many!
