I just saw the pictures and you're a doll! How could you think you are fat? What?!
You're super cute. Love yourself lady.
I've found that when I'm down on myself, I pick one thing in my life that I'm not happy about and just work on that and don't worry about the other stuff. Like if I feel like I'm neglecting my life, I'll clean my apartment from top to bottom so I have a nice space to live in. Or I'll spend a few weeks working out really hard and being healthy. Being positive to yourself, in even just one small part of your life seems to make all the other things seem better.

Why do you feel you need to be so thin? Just a thought but try looking up BDD Body Dysmorphic Disorder on wikipedia
It may be a matter of retraining your mind to see yourself as beautiful and just fine rather than nitpick on little issues you might be able to change and being overly concerned with things you cannot change.

BTW: I saw nothing in your photos that would lead me to believe anything other than you have a great deal of beauty.

I just looked at your photos. This one is particularly good:

Seems like there is a big disconnect between how you perceive yourself and how you really are.

Have you ever seen a counselor or anything? You obviously don't see yourself how everyone else does. You need to find a way to raise your self esteem and confidence. You do have the power to turn it around, you just need to take the proactive steps to do it.

...your beautiful eye color (almost aquamarine maybe?) well formed nose, chin, full lips, pretty smile, nice cheek bones and jawline.

Probably just a matter of personal preference, but I picked that particular picture because it has less makeup and your hair is not as much in your face as in the other ones.

I don't see any of the things you're describing other than the scar, and who cares about that? On the other hand, I see all the things Miya is describing. It's a cute picture.
