Ever Become Pregnant while on BC?

Question, has anyone here ever became pregnant even though they were on birth controll? What are the odds of that?

My sister and I are both results of birth control failure. . .lol. I was a pill failure, my sister was a diaphram failure.

I have a pill baby and lost a baby that was ectopic when I was on nuvaring. 2 times for me. I know of many others.

Not sure if they're the same- a friend of mine was on Yaz or Yasmin and got pregnant twice (although she lost her first baby at 31 weeks, so I'm not sure if the 2nd was intentional).
Speaking of which I have a question, if you are on birth control, do you let your man cum inside of you or pull out?
