    Default Started period after 5+ yrs of no periods-why

    I started my period after over five years of not having one and I'am in my fifty's. I'am having a regular period and not just spotting. Should I be concerned or can this happen even after all this time?

    Could be you have a serious problem
    or also that you're taking too much vitimin E...

    seeing your doc is good idea but cysts would cause pain and irregular bleeding.
    Been told that semen has lots vit C,so maybe skip the supplements if your giving you SO a bj? LOL
