Help! Confused about brown discharge!

I have been on ortho tri cyclen lo for a couple years now. In the second week of this months pack I was 12 hours late taking a pill, but took it right away the next day. I didn't miss any other pills this month. My period is supposed to start thursday, but on Saturday I got a brownish discharge but only once and it hasn't been back since. I'm scared becasue I read somewhere that it could be implantation bleeding. If anyone can help me that would be awesome!!

All I would say is maybe ring the doctors and see if you can see them..If the discharge hasnt come bk I wouldnt worry too much but if the discharge was still there it would need checking.

Brown discharge is normal (especially on the pill, well im told at least) i get it everytime i have my period. Its just 'old blood' there are heaps of threads on this, take a look and see what you can find. If you're still unsure, call your doctor
