And that's before I even knew the stories behind it (although I'm pretty sure the stuff about it on Ebay was a total crock of....stuff....)

Yes that's the painting I'm talking about. I can't even look at it anymore, it's that scary. When I glanced at it, one of the things on my table fell off really weird and I felt a little nauseous. I also think that painting would make a great album cover for a death metal band lol. Not sure if it's a true story but I think that artist is really good to create a stir like that. I wonder why is it haunted in the first place??? It just looks like a nightmare painting that's all.Whether it's really haunted I don't know, but I sure would'nt want that hanging in my room.

Oh man. I can't look at it either. Nothing crazy like that happened to me, but I just feel really uneasy looking at it, which is weird because it's such a simple painting. The only thing I know about it being "haunted" is some BS story on eBay because someone was trying to sell it, so they made up a huge story about how at night, the boy in the painting would walk out of the painting at night. Something like, the doll would force him to. Obviously that would never happen, but it helped sell it either way. I thought the painting was creepy even before I knew there was a story to it.

People on eBay will say anything to sell something. I remember one guy selling a jar that he claimed had a ghost in it. It was an empty jar. Just a jar. But it sold for $25,000 because of that. It's ridiculous.

I just realized I said "at night" twice and that's gonna bother me now. Didn't mean to be redundant, but you know what I meant

I heard that story too...I don't believe the boy would actually physically walk out of the painting at night lol. People who actually believe that are really nutty. I think that painting has a very bad psychological energy to it.

That painting gives me the same feeling I used to have when I was little watching Pink Floyd's The Wall. Some parts of that movie were really creepy to me,and whenever it came on tv I always had to shut my eyes through a few parts.

Ah but then there are movies, (real life), John Lennon's son, Drew Barrymore's exorsist, where they are spooky and 3 people die before completion of the movie ... Simular to spooky photos.. Anything is possible.
Do we not realise that in order to find a soul
    It doesn't happen over night
if truth were to be told.

Like everything in life that's hard to achieve
    you must believe!

I believe ghosts are both psycholigical and spiritual energy. Makes me think of another time back when I was a teenager....the same boyfriend I had who spooked me out by taking me to the cemetery was also the manager for UA Theaters in Colma,CA. Colma has the largest cemeteries in all of California.
I used to always meet my ex bf when he was closing the theater, when it was just us two or sometimes a few of our friends would be there hanging out at the empty theater. One night we were alone....he got me high off pot lol and we started making out in the hallway that connects into the theater. All of a sudden we had a walk inside the empty theater and then he told me a story about how the theater was built on a graveyard and even right besides the parking lot is an unmarked grave. As we were walking in the theater it was sorta dark and I swear when I looked up at the projector room upstairs I saw a shadow move. I was wtf!? Then he told me a story about how there's a ghost in the projector room. People would always see a shadow moving around there at night after hours. He then took me up there and it was soooo creepy, I started to shake so much and felt nauseous. He then had to bring me home cos I got really sick that night.
He even told me they called the ghost in there Casper lol, but gosh was I really creeped that night.

You may think that my family is nutty then. Growing up my mom bought my brother's these two clown pictures (Clowns, why? I know right) Well when my brother's were alone they eyes of the clowns would follow them and spit on them. I sh*t you not. They were demonic and as I said before, I believe in DEMONS, not ghosts.

Default Has anyone every been haunted and wanna share?

I know this probably maybe this isn't the site to post this on. What does anyone think of hauntings and people being haunted? Has anyone ever had any odd or strange occurances ? Has anyone ever watched The haunted or the the haunting on Discovery channel? OR if you have any personal stories of you or someone you know being haunted by something or someone? I'd really like to hear. Reason I am asking is because the house i've lived in for the last 11 years has been haunted on and off through the years. Recently my fiance and I have been expericing odd noises.Like coughing and foot steps in the house low voices...

Wow that sounds crazee!! lol I'd totally freak out if I heard a voice in the next room sounding like the Koolaid man.

I've been seeing ghosts in my dreams lately. There has'nt been a ghostly occurance in my house in awhile although sometimes when I am alone I feel like someone's watching me. Last time I felt a ghost here was when my heater, which was totally broken a month back mysteriously turned on one night. My roommie and I could'nt figure that out,it just turned on out of the blue while we were asleep.
