So, fish oil is better than capsules right?
Yes. Anything from the actual source, in this case real fish, will be better. The reason is because fish oil in the real fish will be interacting with the 10's of thousands of other chemicals (not harmful ones just biological ones that make the fish live) and therefore result in different reactions. You cannot get those same symbiotic interactions with a bottle of extracted fish oil. The claim is that the fish oil will cure everything, well it will not. You can drink a bottle of it, likely feel sick after, but no serious ailment will disappear. A lot of the benefits come from the placebo effect because the one drop a day route that some people will take does nothing to the body. You need actual consumption, as noted in scientific articles. Example of real consumption would be a piece of salmon for dinner.

Yet Salmon is the best, yet mostly farmed and how to you determine what is farmed and what is not?
Usually in the grocery store it will list on the package "farm fresh salmon" or "wild sockeye salmon". Many regulations now make it so grocery stores list "farm" or "wild".

Both of my dogs suffer from derm.. so I want them to have fish oil, so please advise what is best here
Definitely consult with your veterinarian. They will know what to do, rather than you hopping to the internet to read someone's blog or personal website (who may have zero education in the material). Your puppy dogs are your babies, get the professional opinion of your vet because they love your babies too and would not want to see them eating a random drug that is not actually fish oil like it claimed to be.

I take a liquid fish oil. It so good for women. Especially during that time once a month, when the visitor is in town. When I get crampy I take a little extra and it gets rid of my craps! Also it softens the skin!

Omega-3s have a powerful anti-inflammatory effect and reduce joint tenderness, pain intensity and morning stiffness caused by rheumatoid arthritis.
