Default extreme bowel spasms after orgasm

This is a bit embarrassing, but has gotten to the point where I need to ask. I have had a hysterectomy about 5 years ago. Ever since when I have a bowel movement I actually have to press on the area between the vagina and anus so that the BM doesn't build up in the middle and actually exits. In addition, when I have an orgasm, I have on occasion had such strong bowel spasms that it wakes me up from a sound sleep and puts me in extreme pain on the toilet. The only way to relieve the pain is for me to 'finger stimulate' my bowels. I push so hard that instead of a normal bowel movement I have a thick tar-like discharge usually covered in blood. The only time this doesn't happen is if we have anal sex - then nothing happens. I don't enjoy anal sex so I really don't want that to be the answer. The only time there is blood in my stool is when I have to push to this level. It obviously has put me in a mood to never have sex again.

Any ideas would be appreciated. I am not sure if this is 2 different issues or related. How do you tell your doctor that with out dying from embarrassment? This is the first time I've admitted this to anyone.

    Thanks for listening.

hmmm..do you have regular BM? if not, maybe you don't have enough fiber in your diet so stool builds up and can't dispose properly.
i think talking to your doctor (yes it may be embarrassing but it's better than having extreme bowel pain--and take it from me who is in a similar condition--there are alot more things to be embarrassed about). this is definitely not normal and should be checked out immediately.

Have you talked with your doctor about this? It sounds like a combination of problems, weak muscles are probably part of it. Maybe meet with a trainer and put together a program that will strengthen your abs and help constitpation? Look into getting a kegel master or some vaginal weights to help stregthen your pcs.
