Somehow your feeling of satiation isn't working. That may well be hormone changes from the pregnancy. You may just have to work on portion control and making sure everything you eat is healthy.
Try salad for breakfast. I've been doing this the past few days and really don't feel hungry the rest of the day.

), snack again will be fruit or a slice of cheese...and supper is whatever i cook for the hubby but only eat half of what he eats (unless he's having meat...yuck then i'll skip it and make myself something else) I do eat meat once in a while but i'm not crazy about the taste (or texture) ATM. I'm a big girl so "eating for two" really isn't an option unless I want to be 400Lbs by the time I have her!!
