I WAS out of shape for quite a few years, due to over eating, lack of exercise, and other factors. I tried all the diets, and they did not work well for me. I do exercise, but I didn't have enough time in my day to do it to the extent to get the desired results that I achieved....I noww have the desired figure that I want, and I recieved it in two weeks....I achieved this without dieting, using any pills, nor using any weight loss formula...Exercise even isn't a requirement......Would you all like to learn how I achieved this?

Na, those girdles really hurt and feel un-comfortable, seriously I tried one from Target ( or in Australia) we call Target, "Tarjaa"..... I'll keep walking, way better, and my legs are telling the story especially when I can get a single guy (seeing as I'm single) to feel my legs haha, it's worth it's weight in gold.... But thanks anyway if that be what you wish to discuss next![]()

you must believe!
yeah those body shapers hurt. I had to wear one to flatten everything for my Snow white costume for Relay For Life this yr. My Boyfriend had to get that thing on me. LOL!!! You know a guy loves you when he is willing to help you put on a body shaper. haha!!!

Ah but that dates back to before my time when all women wore girdles. Yuck, when I was a young teen my mother actually bought me one. I was what, 5'3" or 4" and about 105 lbs and I needed a girdle to be properly dressed!? That was the expectation. I never wore it- maybe that's why I refused to wear bras too? An unconscious protest. Nah, When you are a 36 A you don't need one. LOL

WC I know what you mean about not needing a bra. I was a 34 A until 10th grade. The growth spirt hit and that ruined my comfy braless days

I was a reader of Ann Landers and she said if you could place a pencil under your boob (well, she probably said breast) and it stayed you needed a bra. If it fell you didn't. I would have had to use tape to get it to stay. LOL So I figured I didn't need one.
