I was just diagnosed of having migraine and at least now I know what these headaches are. My doctor said it’s being triggered by my monthly period. He prescribed me Tylenol as my pain reliever. Hopefully this will do the trick. Do you have any recommendation on how to further treat migraine? Thanks for you help.

I think that when it occurs and your vision is blinded, go to a dark room, make your room dark and lay down and close your eyes for an hour, always works for me, ...

My brother has migraines from a crack in is skull. The think that seems to help him is just what CW has said. lay down in a dark room.

If the tylonel doesn't help then see your doctor. they make a nasal spray that relieves migraines within minutes.

Welcome to the club. Splitting headache raised to the infinite power. Use a wet towel on the face and stay in a quiet, dark place. That’ll help soothe you further. Now if ever you’ll get heavier attacks and the regular over the counter pain reliever won’t work, ask your doctor about stronger meds like fioricet. Very helpful for the difficult days. You can buy fioricet in any pharmacy as long as you have your doctor’s prescription for it. Hope this helps.
