Hi sunshine, you can have babies without any problem because the procedures that have been done on you do not damage cervix extensively, and you can carry the baby full-term.
The only procedure which causes cervical instability is cone-biopsy that can cause cervical stenosis later on. If your dysplasia is controlled..i.e. your 3 consecutive biopsies have come normal, then there is no risk to your for opting for pregnancy.
Just for your information, pregnancy neither promotes, not aggravates a pre-existing cervical dysplasia or even cancer.![]()
