    HAHAHAHA.

I have called you Dr Mansfield as well before, why is that?

As we don't celebrate it, all I can honestly say is:-

    I'm happy
    Thanks I give

I hope you don't crash on the drive home from all that turkey.

Oops sorry Dr.Mansview....I dunno why I just look at 'ie' in your name and I think 'field' for some reason LOL. CW called you that too? LOL!!!!!!

I also think of Dr.Bugs Bunny. I never knew Canadians have Thanksgiving earlier. I'm gonna struggle this Thanksgiving...my first being a vegetarian. I'm sooo tempted to have turkey I might have to settle for tofurkey.

No need to struggle, my dear. I spent years as a vegetarian and am moving back toward it. My kids were raised veggie for the first several years of their lives as well (I had to quit cuz after we split up their father refused to feed them when he had them unless they would eat meat). I have some wonderful recipes that I'll start posting as time allows. Start checking out Vegetarian Times mag and there are a couple others, they'll do a Thanksgiving issue. My Veggie "Turkey" dish has become an expected part of Thanksgiving dinner even for the family hunters.

Mind sharing the recipe? I just have to remind myself...last year I baked a turkey and for some reason I did'nt feel so good about it. I think finding the turkey's chopped head inside it really turned me off and I felt bad for the turkey. If there's something that's close to turkey in taste but is'nt meat I'd love to know. At least there's pumpkin pie to look forward too...mmm mashed potatoes with gravy and cranberry sauce...
