Berry Smoothie (serves 2)
Ingredients
1 cup cranberryjuice
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries or strawberries
1(8.oz) container of vanilla yogurt
2/3 cups uncooked oats
Place all ingredients except ice in blender. Blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth. Gradually add ice cubes;blend on high until smooth.
