Bled during Sex - Cramps for 3 days but no period?

Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me out?

On Wednesday night I had sex, and it wasn't painful or my first time. When my partner removed his penis a enormous stream of blood red fluid came out. I thought it must have been my period starting, even though I am on the Pill and have skipped my Sugar Tablets and was on day four of the new months' Pills.

It's weird, cause I have broken out in acne and getting cramps, but no bleeding.
Why would I bleed so much during sex (which with my current partner has never happened before)? Do I have my period and it's just delayed or something? Or am I possibly pregnant?

Have you had this happen before with another partner? Should you be starting you're period? When I was on the pill I would spot all of the time, it might be that. You might have torn something during sex, or have an infection of some sorts that was agitated by sex. If you keep cramping, or it happens again, I would go to the doctor. Hope this helps
