problems after anal! HELPPP

Hi me and my boyfriend have had anal sex a few times. and normally there's no problems but recently we had it twice in one day and after the second time I had a slight bowl movement as soon as he pulled out! It was rly embarrassing and gross and I'm wondering if anyone has any tips or ideas to prevent this from happening again. PLEASE HELP

Use a condom and empty your bowels as best you can before.

) Don't worry about it too much. Like WC said just try to empty your bowels before. Maybe also take a shower if you're worried about stray particles. And if it happens again, oh well, clean up on aisle 69 and then continue on your merry way. Sex can get messy but it's nothing to freak out about.

don't be to worried. if you both enjoy anal, and do it often enough, something eventfully will happen.

when i know im going to be do something that night,i usually make sure i move my bowels before hand. if im really gona have fun that night,i plan a head by not eating to heavy before hand and also will use a "anal" douche. i keep a regular douche fill it with water & squirt.i do it before and after the bowel movement. i usually do it a few times to make sure its real clean.

I always use an anal douche if i know i will be having anal sex this way you know it's gonna be clean with no nasty supprises!!

Also it's a wonderfull feeling when one empties one's bowel. Try with warm water it's rather theraputic

you can also take about 200 mg of caffeine, and/or 25 mg of ephedrine hcl a couple hours beforehand. It will help in the process of emptying bowels. Your dude shouldn't be shocked though. If he's having anal sex, he should be ready for possible scenarios like this

If you are not that used to anal sex, the insertion of an object in the anus may make you feel that you want to empty your bowels. So this is normal, until you feel very comfortable with it.

Porn Starlets actually starve themselves for a day or two before doing a scene where anal sex is involved so this kind of thing doesn't happen. But those of us in real life don't have that kind of foresight.

They also use a colon cleanse. I'm not sure if it's the same thing as douching (I honestly don't know) but that's just another trick of the trade.

But you should have a condom in play for this. After all, you don't want to risk pregnancy. Where do you think lawyers come from?
