Zumba?
Has anyone every gone to a Zumba class? The website looks like it could be a ton of fun and a great workout too! They are starting one up in my area and I'm thinking of joining...
Is it worth it?
Is it fun?
Do you actually get results from the class or is it more just for fun/movement?

I loved it, great workout. I felt great afterwards, tired, but worth it.
sounds like just the thing I need to re-motivate myself! I already do 2 classes - Bootcamp and Pump, and then go for a jog/walk everyday after work with the pooch... but it is getting colder and the jogs are getting less and less as the weather continues to turn into winter! Zumba might just keep my butt in gear

You may have already tried it, but I went to my first Zumba class last night and I was sweating like crazy in the first 15 minutes. It was such a good workout, but it also was fun and an hour went by SO fast!Originally Posted by KMonte85

LOVE Zumba. The class I took previously was moderate intensity, lots of fun, a good way to sort of come out of your shell. It does go by quickly. I'm currently taking a Hip Hop Cardio class that is SUPER fun and HIGH intensity. Killer workout.
I'd highly recommend Zumba.
I haven't signed up yet! I have a scheduling conflict for the next couple monthsbut as soon as I get the chance I will be there! Sounds like it will be a blast!

YAY! They rescheduled Zumba so now I can go! My first class is Monday, wish me luck! Sounds like I am going to love it!
