    Default Thoughts during sex (Women)

    Hi Ladies,

My gf and I were discussing what thoughts she has during sex (and masturbation) and surprisingly she said she thinks about nothing!! On occasion if she does think about something its totally unrelated to sex.

Is this normal What do you ladies think about??

During sex, all I can focus on is my boyfriend. What he's doing, how he's doing it, the sounds he makes, all that stuff. It's impossible to think about anything else.

But if something else does cross my mind for a second, it's the same... nothing sex related. More like "Hmm, did we lock the doors?"

    I've got to be direct
    If I'm off please correct

My only thoughts are him and what I'm feeling/experiencing. If the mind is wandering then it's not into sex and that won't take me where I want to be.

    I absolutely agree.

If I'm not completely focused on him and only him, I may as well not be doing it because I'll never get there.

I do have thoughts about what he is doing and what I am feeling but I cannot seem to stay focused on that. I always need to be thinking about random sex things like giving him oral, or receiving, or whatever...but always something different as if it were a bunch of slides on a screen, always new images. That is the only way I can get aroused and stay aroused. Focusing on one single thing results in me getting used to whatever physical stimulation I am getting because it becomes a predictable sensation. I want to always be feeling the sensation variations which is why I change my thoughts so frequently.

    Thanks for your responses.

Well that's what thought that most people would be focusing on sensations and/or having dirty thoughts, etc..

I dunno maybe that could be part of the problem. She has never had an orgasm during sex or from oral, only from a vibrator.

She has had one previous partner for several years and now me. Think she needs to get her head right?

Get her a copy of, The Orgasm Loop by sex therapist, Susan Bakos Crane. It's beautifully illustrated and explains essentially what I and many other women came to do on our own to be fully orgasmic. It can teach her how to focus and how to orgasm.

Can she bring herself to orgasm?

I think he answered that question when he said:

I think her "problem," if I could presume to call it that, IS simply that she doesn't think about anything during sex.

The result is the same as if she were thinking about, for example, painting the ceiling... "peach."

1/2 is focused on me getting off

1/2 is doing whatever at the moment makes him yell, grunt, say my name, f***, or anything else. Tells me he's nuts for me which adds to my off.

sorry, that's all the room my brain has for subjects. We're to busy for anything else
