Try Xenical. Xenical is used to help obese people who fit certain weight and height requirements lose weight and maintain weight loss. It works in your intestines, where it blocks some of the fat you eat from being absorbed.

Stop eating carbs after lunch.go with protein shakes, fish, vegetables or a delicious omelett with mushrooms for dinner.Of course you should only drink water,no sodas.Never!Sure, sweets and treats once in a while are okay but you can't think by taking some pills it will help.what you eat and give your body shows you in the mirror.

some exercise moves you can try will help to sculpt those thighs too! Granted exercise will reduce fat everywhere, but it will help to zone in on the legs if that is where you're looking for results....

SQUATS - all your weight is in your heels, you should bend back like you are going to sit in a chair... while down you should be able to wiggle your toes - if you can't you aren't doing it right. This will help get rid of saddlebags and increase quad strength

LUNGES - one foot in front, one about 3 feet behind you, drop the back leg so your knee almost touches the ground and your heel is up. The leg should make about a 90 degree angle.. in other words, don't lean forward where your knee will go in front of your foot.. this will put strain in your back.

Resistance training- uphill - you're pretty much already doing this w/ the elipitcal, but if you have anywhere nearby that you can run drills up and down a hill, your thighs and calves will feel the burn. Or rowing.. rowing can strengthen your legs as well as your back, just don't overdo it -i've seen some nasty injuries from people doing too much weight while rowing.

...just some stuff i learned in my bootcamp classes I take. My thighs and calves have seriously shrunk and I'm way stronger! Now if I could just get rid of this budha belly.....
