I am 24 yrs old and in the last couple years my period has always been about 7-8 days. Well, in the last year or so its been a little longer off and on. Not too big of a deal. Well, this month I'm on day 14 (well sort of) It started normal, not heavy, no pain, smooth as always. Then it past day 9, 10, 11 and so on. Now, on like day 11 it started getting REALLY light and then now its just drops. No pain, thats it. What could be causing this? Should I go to a doc? How long should I give this before I get help. Is there any natural things that anyone has actually tried THEMSELVES that have helped regulate them? Its really upsetting me because I don't want to get anemic or anything, although I doubt I would with just drops but eventually. I am overweight which I know can attribute *but thats been for years* and I have been EXTREMELY under alot of stress this year but doesn't that STOP your period? I don't know, as you can probably tell from the tone of this post, I'm really aggravated and discouraged. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you VERY much.
We've had so many threads about this sort of thing. Sometimes things just change, Could be diet, stress, activity level, some sort of chemical exposure. Being more active may help. Drinking tea made from fresh ginger root can jump start your period. Do keep track on a calender so really know what is going on. See what happens next month?
