okay here we go ....actully everywhere you will find a description about g-spot especially in websites related to sex. However you will not find it on any proper anatomy or physiology subject sites which are proper medical subjects regarding human structure and human body systems.the reason behind this is that the spot where g spot is said to be located there is no structural difference even on cytology or microscopically anatomacally .physiologicaally also it has not been demonstrated. However few people claim that in 30 % of women they find a ridge or swelling which gives them a pleasure on stimulation....but to be noted is less than 30 percent .Still if that is located it is good however till date medical field has not established it .still i would like to emphasize that few women do feel it.now coming to best way to locate is that wither woman to herself or man to woman should gently insert their finger keeping pulp of finger upwards on anterior vaginal wall i.e is u consider muth as vagina then it will be going slowly on ur palate with ur pulp touching the palate.around 2 to 3 cms above woman can actully feel desire to micturate or a intense feel of pleaasure as per sex literature .rubbing that very spot might actully cause it to be swelled up with height of excitement .The best way to hit it is in doggy position where u enter from behind and let the penis slide over anterior vagina and not going along the vaginal canal .most women enjoy it coz anyhow they will get the pleasure by pressure over hipsand man also get pleasure by soft feels and shape of hips .

Given that many medical texts didn't even note the exsistance of, let alone location of the clit until quite recently, not mentioning the g-spot isn't cause to doubt it.

It's there. Some woman like it, some don't.

It's the easiest way to produce a squirting orgasm. Learn that way and you'll probably be able to squirt with a direct clitoral induced orgasm.

I learned how to do this when I was teenager...I had a girlfriend who didn't respond at all to clitoral stimulation....so I scoured the internet looking for ways to get the job done.

Palm down, two fingers in...press them against the front wall and put your fingertips on the G-Spot. Move your hand up and down vigorously. Relax. Practice.

    Dont forget the towels.
