Muscle spasms. They're probably from all the tension in your back. Still haven't had that massage yet huh?
Ask as much as you like. Nobody's gonna get annoyed.
It's been a while since I posted, and for the most part, I am trying not to ask too many questions here anymore, because I don't want people to get tired of me or angry/annoyed.
I went with my friend to hold her hand while she was getting her first tattoo today (it came out great, actually), but while I was holding her hand with my right hand, it felt like the right side of my chest was vibrating, like there was a cellphone under my skin. I thought it was just from the tool they were using on my buddy.
However, when I was walking back to my apartment, I got the vibrating sensation again. It was like my ribcage, again, had a cellphone in it on vibrate. It's gone now, but it scared me. To my knowledge, my Blood pressure/heart rate did not change.
I have tight muscles/knots in my right shoulder/neck/shoulderblade area, and I was wondering if those could cause anything involving my right side, or if it was just a result of being hungry, stress, etc. I know I did some more excersize than normal (I.e. literally running to class in short spurts to get there), so I'm wondering if it was just my lungs going, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?"
Does anyone else get these "chest vibrations", or something similar? Do I have to see a GP or go to the hospital? Some more info would be fantastic.
Trying to get a hold of myself is really tough! But I'll keep trying.

That's just it, Tex. I got that massage, but I think my body is so used to being tense that it knotted up worse than ever! I even have a knot on the back of my neck. It's like, how does this even happen to me? Posture probably, especially when I'm on the computer.
But muscle spasms can feel like a cellphone on vibrate going of in your ribcage? That is so weird.

Another note: It's been about four/four and a half hours since the vibrations showed up. It only lasted a while, and it was a constant vibration for the time I had it. Still no change in B.P. or heart rate (been checking my pulse), but when I breathe it feels like there's something, like phlegm or something of the sort in my airway. It's not causing trouble with my breathing; it's really just obnoxious.
A couple of my friends, and my boyfriend claimed to get these feelings too, so I'm not as worried, but I'm still wondering what it could be. I have no family history of heart trouble (to my knowledge).

You seem to get a lot of the annoying muscle spasms lol. And again nothing to worry about. No need to check your pulse because if you are nervous while checking your heart rate to go up automatically since you may be expecting there to be something wrong when there actually is nothing wrong.
Starting to get a cold can result in difficulty breathing, sore throat, phelgm, blah blah blah. We have all been there. You are perfectly A-okay.
