Both my little sisters are sick so they probably wont be trick-or-treating this year - Does anyone have recommendations on some of their fave Halloween movies? Could be cartoons, comedies or some seriously scary frightfests...

    Thank you!!!

lol - I'd definitely go with some funny ones.

As I've stated before, I'm a self admitting BOOB when it comes to scary movies. Head is under the blanket and I'm covering my ears for a good portion of those movies.

    Amen

I could recommend MILLIONS, but they're probably all a little too out there. How old are your sisters?

One that's really stupid but always entertaining is Ernest Scared Stupid, haha. Definitely a classic!

The Nightmare Before Christmas, of course.

Maybe the classics, like the Halloween series, Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street.

I'm huge on these, if I name them all we'll be here for days

    I've got to be direct
    If I'm off please correct

Thank you G&S...I was thinking more of stuff that might not be so mainstream, so out there would be great...Im a huge zombie movie fan, mostly E. Romero stuff, especially all that ol' skool ghoul stuff but my sisters are more into like ghosts and gore...

OH, okay, well in that case, here we go... haha

Dead Alive. It's technically zombie-ish, but people go for it more for the gore. It was rated one of the top 5 goriest movies ever or something like that.

My Bloody Valentine (1981, not the terrible one that came out this year)
Evil Dead/Evil Dead 2/Army of Darkness
    Night of the Demons
    Jacob's Ladder
    The Howling
Trick or Treat (again, the 80's one, not the recent one)
The Last House on the Left (70's one)
    The Thing
    REC
    Pumpkinhead
    The Shining
    Feast
    Cabin Fever
    House of 1000 Corpses
    Pet Sematary
The Crazies (a good E. Romero one)
    Hellraiser
    Day of the Dead
    The Devil's Rejects

That's all I can think of for now, but it's a lot haha. I know I'm forgetting some good ones.

Any of the Saw movies have a lot of gore.

The last house on the left.

    We saw that last night.

    Wow.

One of the most graphic movies i've seen. A definite thriller.

Not for the faint of heart, folks.
