After a long debate with one of my man friends who apparantly thinks I could win the election for presidency due to my "amazing cleaveage", I was wondering if breast size really does matter that much, and why??

I was always told that breasts do not make a woman. So why does great cleaveage go so far? I just dont get it...

Since cleavage is part of your breasts, the more cleavage you show the more of your breasts guys get to see. I guess that's how the thinking goes.
