whats going on here?

Okay, so i started my period really young so it's supposed to be kind of weird. I'm on my 3rd or 4th, i dont remember because they got overlapped a little bit. I had my 3rd period and then it was nothing for several days, then brown discharge for like 2 weeks! Very frustrating. I thought it was just a weird period. Then it stopped for a day, next day im soaked with blood and have a heavy 5 day period. There's been nothing for a few days but then today after i had basketball practice there was discharge. I've told my mom but she just flips out and says retarded stuff and she just gave birth so bugging her about it isnt an option. I know I should just wait because it hasnt adjusted to a cycle yet but is there anybody who has had the same problem? JW.

Dont worry it will take time for your body to adjust to having a period. Mine did the same thing for about the first year or 2. I remember at one point I would soak through a tampon in 30 mins! I was about 14 at the time and had had my period only a year or so. I promise you it will regulate itself out. Its frustrating, trust me I know... but it wont be like this forever. GL!
