    Default ok, so... let's try this again.

    Hi everyone. I'm happy to join the forums. I don't post on forums often but I found this one to be quite interesting. I hope to get and give some valuable advise and input. Last time I posted an intro I got in trouble for linking my web site so.... sorry everyone! I meant no harm, honest!

    About me: I am a graphic designer from MA (recent college grad), and I LOVE my profession. I am also a practitioner of Ryuchi karate for almost 14 years, I hold a 3rd degree black belt and am a certified Assistant Instructor. I am hoping to start a forum topic here on how women can defend themselves, because I think it's so important. Please let me know what you ladies think about this. Thanks for having me!

    I think that's a good idea. Fortunately, I can defend myself. It's called "The Throat Punch." Haha. I hope you find what you are looking for here.
