    Default Sharpening Canine Teeth

My two canine teeth are a very dominant feature when it comes to my smile. I don't have the perfect straight across teeth that someone who has worn braces posess. My two canines sit high on my gumline and stick further out than the rest, although they are quite cute and I get compliments on my "wolverine fangs" all the time. I like this part of me, and I want to make it more dominant, exaggerating the best of what I have if I should say. I'm not going for "fang sharp" or "vampire". Just a bit of sharpening, or maybe the right word is shaping to enhance a favorite feature.

What do you think of this type of cosmetic dentistry? I have heard of the damaging effects, such as tooth sensitivity and bacteria and such things. But, do you know someone who has had this procedure done?

I have heard of this procedure, but I don't personally know anybody that has had it done.

I guess its your call if you want to do it or not, but I can't imagine that filing on teeth can be any good for your canines' health! Sounds risky, but then again, I'm a big sissy when it comes to dental work lol

Well if you don't mind paying for caps someday, they are a few thousand each. Think very carefully about doing things to your body that you will have to live with for the rest of your life.
