In general people in the western cultures eat far too much meat and too many animal products. You could go with organic, free range, just limiting it a couple times a month. Or ovo lacto, which is what my kids were initially raised and my daughter went back to several years ago.

    I try my best...

I don't think invites were required. If so, I barged in uninvited. Oops. Oh well.

I'm not sure what I am doing for dinner. I can't go shopping until tomorrow which blows so I don't have any food. I'm thinking... Something fast. (Never eat FF but seems like the only choice tonight) I'm drinking coffee right now to curb my appetite.

I'm gonna make a big salad. And then I'm gonna cook some veggies and have a few veggie corndogs. I just bought some triple chocolate chip cookies too. My unopened bag of tortilla chips looks tempting and I still have some Tostitos nacho cheese...mmmm nachos sound good too.

WC I consider myself an ovo-lacto vegeterian....I still eat some cheese and occasionally I drink milk but not too much. I'm really more into soy products. I could go on and on the reasons why I'm vegeterian, some of it's political lol. Plus my friend who passed away was into the Hindu faith and taught me alot about India and how the cow is sacred down there. That made me think on such a deep level. I mean cows are peaceful animals....I see eating meat as a last resort really. Vegetables used to live but they're not mammals and well fruits were made to be eaten...you don't have to kill a plant to eat it's fruit.

I had Popeyes for dinner. It wasn't too bad. Chicken, fries and a biscuit. I really wish that I had stuff to make my salad though. Can't wait to go to the store tomorrow although I have to go through the games and see which one I can miss first.

Yes, honey I know that. I'm just not sure which is going to be broadcast on my available channels at this time. I should go check now so I can plan my day. That's what I'll do.
