In the kitchen, pork deep fried balls, honey and lemon sauce, check.

Fried rice, with prawns, check.

Stuffed tomatoes/potatoes & capsicums - check.

Lamb chops with lemon and herbs - check.

Spaghetti with basil, butter, salt & Pepper - check

There, that should feed all,,,

Thankfully I have no son's because then it would be, Texas steaks, bbq spare ribs, grilled chicken, buscuits, gravy, no salad, no vegetables and chips.. .....

Bah - if you had me for a son, i'd be in the kitchen sharing a bottle of wine with you while we BOTH cook!

Cept i'd boycott those pork balls! LOL.

We kept it simple last night. Pork chops, mashed potatoes and spinach.

My brother came over this morning after his doctor's appointment and ate the rest of the chicken wings I made last night. He was saying how "bomb" they were. That was really cool.

Guess I can chime in like an Auntie. Need lots of salad - spinach and romaine. No fried foods, and or course, my speciality - brownies. I can do vegan, just fine too.
Now, how is work, school and romance going?
