well, im really bored at work...
and i was just wondering how an orgasm affects you all?
especially men, considering im a women!! hehe

but i find, orgasms are so much more then a huge short wave of pleasure.. they do amazing things for my mood!!
like example, in the morning when im tired and dont want to get out of bed to go to work, if i have an orgasm, i will instantly be wide awake with a huge smile on my face, more then ready for the day
also, if i get get down during the day, like sad and just feel over whelmed by things, an orgasm makes everything better!! its incredible!!

An orgasm is an attitude adjustment. Everything seems so much better, and can be tolerated much easier. It's releasing that sexual energy that has been built up since the last time that needs to find a way out. Then you just go "man, everything is now right in the world."

But an orgasm solo isn't nearly as satisfying as with the person you love. Sure it helps, but doesn't have the same effect as that close, intimate, physical connection with your SO.

Oh yeah. I just read an article in a local paper, called the Blitz, about how orgasms have a healing effect. They really do.

My wife has maybe four a year. I know how to get her off, but she has to be in the "perfect" mood and feel erotic to let herself go. I keep insisting that she needs to relax and want to have an orgasm every time because it's such a wonderful thing. But she won't, which I don't understand. Weekdays are usually finished off the right way....and we get to bed after. Saturdays and Sundays are *always* started off the right way. Then we go to the gym right after.

Hahahaha holy crp! I'll be living to be 200 at the rate I'm going! Although who would want to be that old? Hmmm....

OTYA I think you just described my same schedule haha. It's totally true though, it helps me sleep amazingly at night, and on weekends we always start out the day with it.

We barely have sex in the morning if it's a weekday, but on the rare occasions that we have time to, it really does give me a huge boost for the day. If only he and I didn't love sleep so much that waking up extra early isn't an option...
