I have been to the doctor 4 times in one week. . .Once for myself getting the H1N1 vaccination, one for being stressed and stretched way out of my league, taking my son to get his vaccination, then another injection of a weekly B12 shot (I feel like a pin cushion) and yesterday for a very painful lump on my left breast. I knew it wasn't cancerous and that's why I didn't panic, but "bleep", it hurt so bad! O.k. so now I have to take 50 thousand units of something I forgot to write the name of next to the instructions but I know it's a vitamin and I have to take it daily. Basically the first visit last week, I got the blood work back (they took a gallon) and it sounded as if I were someone ridiculously malnourished from a 3rd world country.

Question is, should I take what was suggested for me to take, take a multi-vitamin or take what the doctor said PLUS a multi-vitamin or would that be over doing it?
